Alongside my clinical work, I am committed to ongoing learning and professional growth. I regularly complete specialist training in areas such as neurodivergent-affirming practice, trauma and complex trauma, grief (including pregnancy and infant loss), eating disorders, crisis response, and mindfulness-based approaches. I am also undertaking a Masters degree in Psychology and Mental Health (currently on a study break), which continues to deepen my knowledge of contemporary psychological theory and practice.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy and tailor my approach to your individual needs and pace. Building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship is central to my work.
